I’m calling it right now, this is going to be THE hit off of Big Sean’s debut album, and I’m not just saying that because Kanye is on here (but that helps). It also happens to be our second favorite track off the album, behind “Dance (A$$)”, of course.

Big Sean’s debut, Finally Famous: The Album, FINALLY drops on June 28, and we can honestly say, it’s gonna be off the chain. We got an early copy and the beats are great; the rhymes are even better. Not to mention the guest appearances from Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, Chris Brown, John Legend, and Wiz Khalifa, just to name a few.
We decided to post “Dance (A$$)” first, because, well, we love to dance, we love booty, and he samples friggin’ MC Hammer’s “Can’t Touch This”!! That’s a win all around.
I’m not sure if Chiddy Bang is just toying with us or what, because they’ve been promising us a debut album for over a year now (tentitively titled Breakfast). What we got is the Peanut Butter And Swelly mixtape, which just dropped a couple of days ago. I’m not complaining, because it’s a fantastic mixtape, and “Too Much Soul” is definite stand-out. It samples “Too Fake” by Big Sean (which actually features Chiddy Bang and itself samples Hockey’s “Too Fake”. We just blew your mind, we know) and it’s got an insanely catchy chorus and Chiddy just tears up the verses.

Big Sean has been climbing the hip hop ranks lately, especially after playing an insane amount of sets at this year’s South By Southwest music festival. And it doesn’t hurt to be on Kanye West’s label, G.O.O.D. Music.
“What Goes Around” is a great summer jam, chilled out with some slick rhymes.
His debut, Finally Famous, is due out June 28, and is supposed to feature Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Wiz Khalifa, Game, Chiddy Bang, Eminem, Mike Posner and many more. Not bad for a start.
Wiz Khalifa decided to drop his latest mixtape yesterday. Entitled Cabin Fever, he surprised everyone by releasing it unannounced. Have to admit, a new mixtape is always a nice surprise.
There are nine tracks, with cameos from Big Sean, Chevy Woods and Juicy J. Go ahead and bump this shiz!
J. Cole has been tearing his way up the hip hop ranks over the last two years, and to top it off, he drops his Friday Night Lights mixtape, which features artists like Drake, Wale, Omen, Kanye West, Big Sean, Pusha T and many more. It also features the bomb track “Blow Up,” which we posted a few months ago.

Another G.O.O.D. Friday release, “Don’t Look Down” features probably my favorite line up so far, Kanye, Mos Def, Lupe Fiasco and Big Sean. The track is definitely a B-Side, it’s got a good beat, but it’s grungy and some of the rhymes seem half-assed. Hopefully Kanye can get these guys back for a truly stellar track on the upcoming album.

Kanye West is still making good on his “a new track every week until Christmas” claim, making him 4/4 so far. “Good Friday” features an upbeat piano and a simple drum beat, and cameos by pretty much everyone you can imagine: Common, Kid Cudi, Big Sean, Pusha T & Charlie Wilson.

With a new album slated for this summer, a new Kanye West track has surfaced on the web. Produced by Symbolyc 1, it features Dwele and samples friggin’ 60′s art-rock outfit King Crimson‘s hit “21st Century Schizoid Man,” of all things!
West’s new album, reportedly titled Good Ass Job, is rumored to feature performances by Drake and G.O.O.D. Music artist Big Sean, with producers Pete Rock, DJ Premier, RZA, and Q-Tip.
